Exhibition
The ICDC9 Exhibition is open from Monday, 3 June to Friday 7 June Friday 2013 daily from 09:00 to 18:00, except for Wednesday 5 afternoon when all participants will go for a city tour.
All the exbitors are supposed to register as exhibitors (please choose "exhibitor" as your registration type) and pay the same registration fee as the general participants. Exhibitors are therefore entitled to the following as the general participants':
attendance to all scientific sessions; admission to the exhibitions; Icebreaker on 2 June 2012 and banquet on 3 June; coffee breaks and lunches on weekdays; a hard copy and a memory stick of the meeting programme and the abstract volume
a city tour on the afternoon of 5 June. More registration details can be found at http://icdc9.lasg.ac.cn/dct/page/11 .
Booth Rental
The exhibition will be in the same hall as where posters and coffee breaks are. Each booth is 9 square meters and the price is 5500CNY. Exhibitors will be provided with ready-to-display facilities including:
a) Fascia board with company name in English (Chinese also, if needed)
b) Side and back walls
c) One desk and two chairs
d) Booth cleaning
e) One socket: 5 Amp/220V
f) Basic lighting (2 lamps)
Setup and Dismantling
Setup: Exhibitors are expected to build up their display on Sunday, 3 June, 9:00-18:00
Dismantling: Exhibitors are expected to pull down their display on Friday, 7 June, 18:00–20:00.
Advertisements
Your advertisement to be included in the program book has to be sent to the secretariat (secretariat@lasg.iap.ac.cn or icdc9@icdc9.org ) on 3 April, 2013 at the latest.

Photographs and images in vector-based format (PS, PDF, Adobe Illustrator) are preferred in most circumstances. High-resolution (300–600 dpi) and good-quality raster figures pixel-based could also be accepted.

1. Please contact the conference secretariat if an exhibitor would like to pay by credit card.

3. An exhibitor is also supposed to pay registration fee.
4. Please send a notice to secretariat (secretariat@lasg.iap.ac.cn) once payment is made. All payment should be made by 4 April, 2013. An electronic receipt will be provided upon receiving the payment.
