Poster Preparation

Please prepare and print your poster in a portrait layout, i.e. 90cm in width and 120cm in length (see  above photo of one of the poster sessions we organized before). 

The host institute, LASG/IAP, will provide poster printing service at the cost of $35 for each poster after 10 May, 2013 (deadline 25 May 2013). The poster will be printed on a special cloth material  that can be easily folded into your suitcase with little or no wrinkles after reopening. The fabric poster prints your poster on high quality and non-glossy textile.

Interested participants please follow the following procedures: 

1.      Prepare your poster in a portrait layout, i.e. 90cm in width and 120cm in length. Send PDF to Ms. Tracy Jin, the English secretary of LASG/IAP, email: lasg@lasg.iap.ac.cn . The file name should be “Family Name_First Name_Poster No.”, e.g. “Lin_Jenny_105” . The poster number can be found in the latest program.

2.      Pay $35 via http://

3.      Ms. Jin will acknowledge the receipts of both PDF and payment and proceed to printing. Your poster will be brought to the venue and hung up on the poster board before the conference.
